Tilt, soar, ride the thermals.
Drift is a calm but tense gliding game across a wide dawn sky. Drag your finger up or down to tilt the glider's nose and steer your glide. Do nothing and the glider slowly sinks, so staying aloft is up to you. Dive to build speed, then trade that speed for height, or slip into rising columns of warm air, the thermals, to climb back up. Along the way, fly through golden rings drifting in the sky; collect them back to back to grow your chain and multiply your score. But the sky is not always kind: dark storm clouds and flocks of birds cross your path, and touching one ends the flight. The greatest danger is the warm cloud sea below; as your altitude drops, the screen warns you. A fluid, peaceful yet nerve-testing soar awaits. How far can you glide?
Press and hold, then drag your finger up or down to tilt the glider's nose. Drag up and the nose lifts, so the glider climbs but bleeds speed; drag down and it dives and speeds up. Let go and the glider eases back into a gentle glide, slowly losing altitude. To gain height again, fly into the rising columns of warm air, the thermals, which lift you while you stay inside them. A good tactic is to dive for speed and then convert that speed into height. Pass through the golden rings along the way for bonus points and a chain, and try to collect rings back to back. Dodge the storm clouds and bird flocks, and never touch the warm cloud sea at the bottom. On desktop the up and down arrow keys work too. Press Esc to pause.
